Stone Barn Farm

Sonoma, California

The newly built single-story farmhouse and complimentary landscape improvements on this 4.5-acre property are expertly stitched into the historical fabric of the estate. Established elements on site include a historic stone barn erected in 1896, as well as, a working dry farm vineyard and Olive grove. Enhancements along the street frontage incorporate a rhythm of freestanding stone walls built by local artisans, custom wood gates and ornamental fencing. The front courtyard offers stone patios and meadow-inspired plantings. The new lawn area in the rear of the house connects the existing pool and the new, delectably deep covered porch on the west side of the house.
